基于交通系统视角的东京地区新城研究

Research of New-town in Tokyo based on the Traffic System Perspective

在城市空间由单中心都市区向多中心都市圈、大都市连绵带扩展的过程中,新城建设是促进城市空间优化完善与社会经济持续发展的重要途径。通过梳理东京地区新城和区域交通系统的发展演变历程,探求交通系统建设与新城开发的互动性,并结合东京地区典型新城的发展历程分析,寻求值得上海借鉴的新城建设和交通系统构建的有益启示。其中,东京地区新城关于建设快速直达中心城的轨道交通线路、建立内部中运量交通系统、土地开发与交通系统构建始终保持同步的发展模式,都是值得上海借鉴的经验。

In the process of the urban space turning from single-center to multi-center, the new-town construction is important to promote urban space optimization and social economy sustainable development. Through combing the evolution course of the new-town in Tokyo and regional transit system, this paper seeks the interactivity of the transportation system construction and the new-town construction, and seeks the available inspiration for new-town developing in Shanghai, combing with the analysis of the evolution course of the typical new-towns in Tokyo.The development model such as constructing rapid railway from the new-town to the central city, establishing the inner medium-capacity transit, the land development keeping pace with the transit system construction in Tokyo, is worth learning for Shanghai.
