摘要
"积极稳妥推动城镇化,实现统筹城乡发展"是当前我国经济社会发展的重要指导思想,也是规划行业近年来关注的重点。根据《城乡规划法》所确立的城乡统筹规划理念和原则,提出在各层次的城乡规划编制及实施的过程中,都要有针对性的城乡统筹目标和规划议题。由此,城乡统筹的规划议题的识别便是一个亟待研究和明确的问题。基于若干案例地区,尝试从城市发展动力的角度总结不同地区城乡关系的特征,进而提出有地方针对性的规划议题及规划策略。
Promoting urban-rural co-ordination is the important ideology of our country at present, and also the emphasis of planning in recent years. According to the Urban and Rural Planning Law of the People＆#39;s Republic of China, article proposed that planning at al levels should have targeted goals and planning issues, therefore, identification of urban-rural co-ordination issues need to be studied. Based on some cases, article tried to summarize characteristics of urban-rural relationship in different regions from the angle of urban development, and proposed targeted issues and strategies.
