在旧社区改造中促进居家养老——关于解决家政服务人员居住问题的设想

Home-based Care for the Aged During the Renewal of Old Communities——A Proposal for Solving Housekeeping Workers' Housing Problem

本文以旧社区适老化改造为背景,从老人家庭对家政服务人员日益增长的需求及目前家政服务人员的居住问题出发,探索并提出了在旧社区改造中加建家政服务人员住房的五种方式;并通过与社区家政服务中心组织方式的配合,为家政人员提供更稳定的工作、生活环境,从而更好地满足老旧社区中老人家庭对家政服务人员的需求。

In the context of old community renewal for elderly people in China, the article focuses on the growing needs for housekeeping workers serving elderly people and their housing problem. It explores and proposes five ways of adding housekeeping workers＇ housing to old communities during the renewal. Combined with community housekeeping service center, the added housing would offer housekeeping workers a more stable working and living environment, and make it easier for elderly families in old communities to find a suitable houskeeping worker.
