摘要
女性博士生和硕士生导师的发展状况和经历正在引起社会各界越来越多的关注。女性博士生和硕士生导师所占的比例都偏低,女性还远远没有成为科学研究队伍的主流,65岁以后整体博士生导师发展呈现上升的趋势,而女性博士生导师的发展轨迹却表现为下降的趋势。为了促进女性博士生和硕士生导师的发展,建议在科技政策和立法中纳入性别平等理念,在博士生、硕士生导师的选拔条件上适当考虑性别平等发展因素,将女性科研人员的组织渗透到决策层,设立女性科学研究基金和女性特别培训基金,加大女性激励机制,延长女性退休年龄等。
The development and experience of female doctoral and master' s supervisors continue to attract more and more attention from the society. The proportion of doctoral and master' s supervisors is comparatively low, demonstrating that women do not play a key role in scientific research. The number of the doctoral supervisors over the age of 65 is increasing, in which the female ones become fewer and fewer. In order to promote the development of female doctoral and master' s supervisors, it is advised to bring the concept of gender equality into the policy and legislation of science and technology and to take it into consideration in the selection of doctoral and master' s supervisors as well as to establish some scientific research funds and special training funds for females. What is more, the motivation system for women needs to be strengthened. Meanwhile, the retirements of women could be postponed to some extent.
