家庭性别角色分工与妇女参政——基于中国妇女社会地位调查数据的分析

A Study on the Different Role Assignments According to Gender and on Women's Political Participation—— Based on the Analysis of the Survey Data Concerning Women's Social Status in China

有关参政妇女的家庭性别角色分工及其对妇女参政的影响,通过对中国妇女社会地位调查数据的分析有如下主要发现:关于参政妇女的家庭性别角色分工状况,从横向看,参政妇女的家庭性别角色分工与普通妇女相比存在一定差异,承担的家庭负担责任较轻;从纵向看,近20年来参政妇女的家庭性别角色分工发生了积极的改变;从代际看,参政妇女的家庭性别角色因年龄的不同而存在差异,年轻女性领导的家庭性别角色分工有积极的变化。但总体来说,参政妇女的传统性别角色分工仍没有被根本打破。关于家庭性别角色分工对妇女参政的影响,一方面,与男领导相比,女性领导的家庭成员尤其是丈夫是否支持,对于其参政议政和职业发展至关重要,另一方面,双重角色负担导致的工作家庭冲突,对于参政妇女的职业发展产生不利影响。

This thesis analyzes the different role assignments in family of the women participating in the political affairs and the influence on their political participation based on the survey data concerning women＇ s soments in family between the women participating in the political affairs and the ordinary ones. The former ones bear fewer family burdens than the latter ones. And the longitudinal analysis shows that there are some positive changes in the role assignments in family of the women participating in the political affairs in the last twenty years. From the perspective of intergeneration, the role assignments in family of the women participating in the political affairs differ in ages. The Yet generally, the traditional role assignments pos in itive changes exist in the young- women -oriented family. family of the women participating in the political affairs almost keep the same as before. As for the influence of the role assignments in family on the women participating in the political affairs, on the one hand, the support of their husbands play an important role in their political participation and their career development ; on the other hand, the work - family conflict due to their dual role has an adverse impact on their career development.
