摘要
根据现代社会应用型人才需求对象特征,教学型高校依其特有的文化功能属性肩负着应用型"人才"生产的社会责任,教师是"人才生产"的主体,其"生产"绩效,即教学质量与"人才"生产的关系就成为关键问题。如何认知、定位、评价教师绩效?如何实现学校整体利益与教师个人利益的有机统一?如何激发教师的文化活力?本文以人力资源管理现代理念为指引,引入现代企业关键绩效指标法管理思维模式,在文化视域中,以文化活力、责任与利益有机统一为原则,就教学型高校关键绩效指标考核体系设计给予探讨。
Teaching-oriented colleges undertake the social responsibility of training application -oriented tal-ents with their unique cultural function .Teachers are the main body of talent production; thereby their teaching performance is crucial .In this paper , how to recognize , locate and evaluate teacher ’ s performance , how to realize the unity of the overall interests of the college and those of the teachers , and how to arouse teacher ’ s cultural ener-gy, are discussed.Furthermore, by introducing the idea of key performance indicator of modern enterprise manage-ment and unifying the cultural energy , responsibility and interest , how to design a key performance indicator system in teaching-oriented colleges is explored .
