几种植物组织石蜡制片技术的探讨

[目的]近年来植物切片技术出现多种方法,无论是在方法还是步骤的改进,都是以省工省时、节约药剂或减少环境污染以及安全为目的。[方法]以常用的几种植物制片技术为理论依据,对这些方法及各步骤加以讨论,了解各种方法的利弊。[结果]使用蛋白甘油和铬钒明胶2种粘片剂,结果表明后者的效果较好。[结论]这为以往植物制片时脱片问题提供一个可靠的方法。

[Objective]In recent years,there were a variety of plant slicing methods.At the aspects of the improvement in the methods or the steps,the purpose was labor-saving and time-saving,conservation agents and reduction of environmental pollution and security.[Method]Several plant production technologies were used as the theoretical basis.These methods and steps were discussed,and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods were clarified.[Result]Two clay tablets of protein glycerol and chrome vanadium gelatin were used.Results showed that the latter was better.[Conclusion]The research provided a reliable method for the past plant producers off problem.
