几个玉米自交系主要数量性状配合力分析 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]对所选玉米(Zea mays L.)自交系进行评价。[方法]对10个自选玉米自交系(TNA0901、TNA0902、TNA0903、TNA0904、TNB0801、TNB0802、TNB0803、TNB0804、TNB0805和TNB0806)按不完全双列杂交设计,组配24个单交组合,对其主要性状进行配合力效应分析。[结果]TNA0904、TNB0806和TNB0805的一般配合力(GSA)效应值大部分为正向值,其综合性状较好,可用于选育强优组合;TNB0806×TNA0903、TNB0805×TNA0903和TNB0804×TNA0903组合的子粒产量特殊配合力(SCA)相对效应值较高,具有较强的杂种优势,可以进一步试验鉴定。[结论]该研究可为进一步研究所选自交系的利用价值奠定基础。 [Objective]The aim was to evaluate the selected maize inbred lines.[Method]10 maize inbred lines (TNA0901,TNA0902,TNA0903,TNA0904,TNB0801,TNB0802,TNB0803,TNB0804,TNB0805 and TNB0806,resp.) were crossed according to incomplete diallel cross design to get 24 single crosses,and then the combining ability of their main characters were analyzed.[Result]The general combining ability(GSA) effect value of TNA0904,TNB0806 and TNB0805 were mostly positive values,the comprehensive characters of these inbred lines were better,so they could be used for breeding strong optimal combinations; The relative effect values of the special combining ability (SCA) of grain yield of TNB0806 ×TNA0903,TNB0805 × TNA0903 and TNB0804 × TNA0903 were higher,they had strong heterosis,could go on the further test identification.[Conclusion]The study lays a basis for deeply researching the use value of selected maize inbred lines.
