摘要
[目的]寻找秋冬季在上海地区适合香桃木繁殖的扦插技术。[方法]以当年生香桃木枝条为试验材料,研究其顶端嫩枝、半木质化枝段和木质化枝段3种不同规格的插穗扦插在蛭石、河沙、营养土(泥炭土∶珍珠岩=3∶1)3种不同基质内的生根情况。[结果]3种不同基质对香桃木生根率的影响存在显著性差异。其中,采用营养土(泥炭土∶珍珠岩=3∶1)作为基质进行香桃木的扦插,生根率最高,蛭石次之,河沙最低。3种不同插穗规格对香桃木生根率的影响差异不显著。但不同基质和插穗的扦插组合对香桃木扦插繁殖的生根率的影响存在显著性差异。不同的扦插组合并不会影响香桃木精油的主要成分。[结论]顶端嫩枝插穗与蛭石组合、半木质化枝段与营养土组合、木质化枝段与营养土组合3种扦插组合是生产上可供选择的较佳的香桃木扦插方法。
[Objective]An experiment was carried out on cutting parts and culture substrates for studing its effects on cuttage breeding of Myrtus communis L.[Method]With 3 parts of cuttings and 3 types of culture substrates respectively.[Result]There was a significant difference between the three different culture substrates on rooting rate of Myrtus communis L..The mixture substracte of peat soil and perlite (3∶1) gave the best result on rooting rate of Myrtus communis L..Rvier sand gave the worst result on rooting rate of Myrtus communis L..There was no significantdifference between three different cuttings on rooting rate of Myrtus communis L..There was no influence of the three different cutting combination on the main component of the essential oil of Myrtus communis L..[Conclusion]Cuttage with combination of shoot and vermiculite,semi-lignified cutting and the mixture substracte of peat soil and perlite,lignified cutting and the mixture substracte of peat soil and pedite are the best choice.
