基于层次分析法的县级土地整治规划实施效益评价——以袁州区为例

Research on the Benefit Evaluation of County Land Renovation Planning Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process——A Case Study of Yuanzhou District

采用层次分析法对袁州区土地开发整理规划(2001-2010年)实施效益进行量化研究。结果表明,袁州区上轮规划实施取得的经济效益良好,社会效益和生态效益一般。

Quantitative research on implementing benefits of land development and consolidation planning （2001-2010） of Yuanzhou District was conducted by using analytic hierarchy process.The result shows that in the last land development and consolidation planning of Yuanzhou District,it has achieved a better economic benefit than its social benefit and ecological benefit.
