产业化背景下新型职业农民培训现状及对策研究

Research on Current Training Status and Strategies for New Type of Professional Farmers under the Background of Industrialization

研究在分析我国新型职业农民培训的发展现状和突出矛盾的基础上,提出构建政府指导下的多元化投资主体共同参与,实施层次化、模块化的教学模式,加强职业农民职业资格准入制度是提高当前我国职业农民培训质量的基本对策。

On the basis of analyzing the development status and outstanding conflicts in the training for the new type of professional farmers in China,the basic strategies were put forward in order to improve the training quality for the professional farmers,including construct the joint involvement from diversified investment entities under the directions of the governments,implement the teaching mode which is hierarchical and modularized as well as to enhance the qualifications admittance system for professional farmers.
