摘要
酒店实习是高校旅游管理专业人才培养方案的一个重要环节,是学生将理论知识与实践操作相结合的重要手段。然而在实际的实习过程中,传统模式存在诸多弊端,实习效果不理想,必须进行改革创新。通过嘉应学院旅游管理专业酒店实习的创新做法,探索酒店实习模式的创新可行性,并通过实践证明创新模式是可行的,大大增强了酒店实习的有效性。
The hotel internship is an important part of the proposal on training College of Tourism Management Major person .It is an important mean to combine theoretical knowledge with practical operation.While,during the internship time,there are so many drawbacks in traditional model that practical internship effects are not as ideal as we want.That’s why we carry out reform and innovation.This thesis uses some innovative ideals in JiaYing University’s Tourism Management Major Internship to explore the innovative feasibility of the hotel internship model.In meanwhile,it also testifies the innovative model’s feasibility via the internship practice and greatly enhances the effectiveness of a hotel internship.
