摘要
随着我国房地产市场机制的逐步完善,尤其是住房分配和消费机制的逐步改革,房地产价格对居民消费的影响日趋显著。以青海省统计年鉴的数据为依据,利用ECM理论,建立青海省居民住房支出与消费支出之间长短期误差修正模型,实证表明青海省房地产价格的上涨抑制青海省居民消费支出的增加。
Along with the gradual improvement of real estate market mechanism in China, especially the gradual reform of housing allocation and consumption mechanism, the impact of real estate price on residential consumption has become increasingly significant. Based on the data of statistical yearbook of Qinghai province, the theory of ECM is used to establish short- and long-term error correction model between residential housing expenditure and consumer spending in Qinghai province. The empirical analysis shows that rising real estate prices in Qinghai province curbs an increase of household consumption spending in Qinghai province.
