主管与下属性别配对的师徒功能与其影响效果研究

摘要 主管与下属之间采取不同性别配对的师徒制,对下属的工作绩效、工作压力及利他行为都会有影响。具体来讲,下属在师徒制中获得的职业生涯发展功能、心理社会功能及角色模范功能越高,下属就相应地表现为工作绩效就越高,工作压力就越小,利他行为上表现得越好。管理者可以利用此种影响效果,采取相应措施,提高下属工作效率。 In gender-matching supervisors and subordinates, mentoring functions provided by the supervisors influence subordinates in work performance, work-related stress and altruistic behavior. In the mentoring system, the more career development functions are received by the subordinates, the better work performance is shown by them; the more psychosocial functions are received by the subordinates, the lower work-related stress is felt by them, and the more role modeling functions are received by the subordinates, the more altruistic behavior is shown by them under the supervisor's leadership. Therefore, the managers must pay attention to it and take corresponding measures.
