摘要
介绍了聚苯硫醚(PPS)透盖注塑模具设计过程。通过对透盖塑件的结构及成型工艺分析,提出注塑成形方案,基于CAD软件对注塑模具中各个部件进行系统设计,具体包括分型面选择及浇注系统设计,并根据塑件结构特征,提出了双推板式二次推出机构。该模具结构紧凑,操作方便,解决了薄壁塑件脱模机构设计问题。
The injection mould design of transparent cover made by polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) was introduced. Through the analysis on the whole structure and the forming technology, the structural scheme of injection molding for a transparent cover was proposed. Based on CAD, the different parts of this mould were system designed, such as the parting line and the gating system. According to the structure characteristics of the transparent cover, the proper demoulding was implemented by applying a secondary ejector mechanism. The mould was compact in structure, reliable in operation, which has solved the ejecting mechanism design problem of the thin-thickness plastic in injection mould.
