通过银信中心及深圳大学艺术综合楼两个实际案例,从设计操作层面上阐述,如何在条件并不理想的情况下,发现隐藏其中的机会,并积极创造条件,寻找突破,以更简单的手法去做设计,在严格控制造价的前提下创造更丰富的建筑空间或更好的景观视野。

The author would like to show how to find the opportunity and how to create conditions to make architectural design more characteristic when the environment is not ideal. This article discusses two cases of him to illustrate this in actual operation, where simple design approaches are adopted, construction costs are strictly kept to minimum, and various spatial organizations and scenic outlook are created.
