Pluralistic Values in Hyper-Scale Urban Complex

立足于作为中国城市化主流产品的城市综合体建筑类型,试图探寻其在纯粹建筑学意义之外的价值现象。建筑师作为专业服务者,须要在学术意义之外面对更多维度的思维考验。从城市的密度、公共空间、机动性、在地化、文化植入等几个价值关键词出发,剖析了CCDI近年来几座超大尺度的复合建筑的设计哲学,并从中归纳出一种在多元价值与建筑学意义之间建立平衡的技术观。

As one of the mainstream typology of contemporary urbanism in China's Mainland, the urban complex needs pluralistic values beyond pure architectural consideration. Herein, the practice of architects is supposed to be professional intelligence service beyond classic academic meaning. This paper studies several hyper-scale complex projects of CCDI group with five value-keywords： density, open space, mobility, local identity, and cultural implantation, where there is a view towards the balance between pluralistic values and architectural meanings.
