摘要
第三代万达商业综合体产品以"因市而城"的城市设计理念融入并创建城市核心商圈,其附属的公共空间是综合体联系城市并自我完善为"城中城"的关键要素之一,充当了综合体内部之间相互联系、内外之间相互连接的直接媒介。以啥西万达广场为例,从公共空间形象认识、城市和公共意象、参与性体验三方面研究万达商业综合体公共空间的优化策略,以期为同类创作提供借鉴。
The concept of urban design and building an urban core business circle was applied in the third generation of Wanda Urban Complex. The public space attached to the commercial complex is one of the key elements which would be connected to the city and improve the "Town in Town" system. It is also the medium of Wanda Plaza internal system and the city. The detailed design based on space attribute will improve the quality and the experience of the space, which will enhance its functions. This paper takes Wanda Plaza of Haxi as an example and presents the optimization strategy of public space in Wanda Commercial Complex.
