摘要
通过对北京地铁4号线站点闸机区域商业便利设施的使用现状调查,从数量、效率和位置等方面分析客流特征与商业便利设施的依存关系,尝试回答地铁闸机区域是否需要设置商业服务设施?在哪里设置?设置何种类型?等问题,探讨我国城市地铁如伺有效提升整体服务质量以方便市民出行,满足旅客复合需求。为站内商业便利设施的设置及优化提供依据和建议,以期减少地铁建设中重复调研造成的浪费,供设计、决策与运营管理者在新站建设、老站改造及后期运营时参考。
The study about the situation of the commercial facilities of the fare gate area of Beijing subway line 4, is carried out from such aspects as quantity, efficiency, position, etc. to analyze the dependence between the customer circulation and commercial facilities. The study tries to answer questions as whether we need to plan commercial facilities in the fare gate area, where to plan them, and what kind of type, in order to promote the overall quality of the subway services, meet travelers' diverse requirements, and provide a design reference for the planning and optimization of the subway commercial facilities. The research could also provide a ready-to-use reference for the designer, decision maker, and operation managers in the projects like new stations, old station regeneration, and business operation.
