摘要
针对薄壳等截面销状碰击开关不能承受高速火箭橇试验过程中的高过载问题,提出薄壳变截面销状碰击开关的设计.该设计在原碰击开关的基础上将极筒由等截面改为变截面,增加了根部厚度,内极延长到底,定位方式由细定位销改为与外极等外圆的法兰盘,内、外极形状由圆柱改为圆锥,并将极筒与法兰盘间的过渡由清角改为圆角,增加了绝缘座轴向厚度.仿真分析和试验结果表明:该设计有效提高了碰击开关的抗高过载能力,具有一定的工程指导意义.
To address the inadequacy of cross-section-shaped pin crush switch such as thin shell in bearing high overloading in high-speed rocket sled test, this paper proposes a design of thin shell variable cross-section-shaped pin crush switch. The new design changes the pole cylinder from constant section into variable section. The base is thickened. The internal pole is extend-ed to the base. Positioning is changed from fine positioning pin into round flange of equal cylin-drical outside pole. Both the inner and outer poles have been changed from a cylinder into a cone. The transition between cylinder and flange has been changed from clearing corner to round corner. There is also an increased axial thickness of insulation. Simulation analysis and experimental results show that this design has effectively promoted anti-high overloading of the crush switch and is of significance in engineering.
