协同创新背景下高校人才培养模式探析

Analysis on Training Mode of Talent in College and University under the Background of Collaborative Innovation

国家实施协同创新战略计划以后,协同创新理念对高校的人才培养模式产生了重大影响,并成为一种新的大学办学理念。高校传统人才培养模式的局限性限制了学生的个性发展,不利于创新人才的培养。在协同创新背景下,重新构建人才培养模式成为高校培养创新人才的必然选择。

After the National Implement Strategic Plan for Collaborative Innovation, ideas of innovative collaborative had a significant impact for training mode of talent in college and university, and become a new kind of education philosophy. Limitations of the traditional training model in college and university limits the personality development of students, not conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents. Reconstructing the training model of innovative talents under the background of collaborative innovation becomes an inevitable choice for training innovative talent in college and university.
