悬吊式腹腔镜手术剥除子宫肌瘤的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of uterine leiomyoma stripping removal of suspensory laparoscope operation

目的比较分析悬吊式腹腔镜与开腹子宫肌瘤剥除术的临床效果。方法选择我院2012年1月—2013年6月行悬吊式腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术患者56例作为观察组,同期行开腹子宫肌瘤剥除术患者48例作为对照组,比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、术后体温恢复正常时间、术后排气时间、术后疼痛情况、住院时间及住院费用等。结果与对照组比较,观察组手术时间明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后体温恢复正常时间、术后排气时间及住院时间明显缩短,住院费用明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论悬吊式腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剥除术具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短的优点,但住院费用相对较高,可根据患者具体情况选择应用。

Objective To compare the suspended laparoscopic and open resection of uterine fibroids clinical effect of stripping. Methods 56 cases of suspended laparoscopic my omectomy patients were selected as the observation group,48 cases underwent laparoscopic myomectomy patients were selected as control group. Compared two groups of operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative body temperature recovery time,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative pain,hospital stay and cost of hospitalization. Results Compared with the control group,the observation group operation time was increased,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the amount of intraoperative bleeding between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Compared with the control group,the temperature recovery time,post operative exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group shortened,the cost of hospitalization in the observation group was significantly increased,there was significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of a suspended laparoscopic myomectomy with less trauma,quicker recovery,shorter hospitalization time,but medical costs are relatively high,select the application according to the specific circum stances of patients.
