原发性小肠肿瘤影像学检查对比分析

Primary small intestinal tumor imaging method comparative analysis

目的对比原发性小肠肿瘤影像学检查的效果。方法对18例经手术病理证实的原发性小肠肿瘤采用的影像检查方法进行对比分析。结果 18例行CT平扫加增强,其中检出16例;超声检查18例,其中检出12例;钡餐造影检查15例,其中检出11例;肠系膜上动脉造影检查1例,检出1例。结论原发性小肠肿瘤的诊断主要依靠影像学检查,而钡餐造影可作为首选诊断方法,CT检查则可提供更多的肿瘤信息,提高诊断率。

Objective To investigate the primary small intestinal tumor imaging method of choice. Methods 18 patients with pathologically confirmed primary small intestinal tumors using comprehensive examination of the various imaging methods were analyzed. Results CT examination in 18 patients underwent plain and enhanced detection of 16 cases in which ultrasound examination detected 18 cases of which 12 cases barium meal examination detected 15 cases of which 11 cases of superior mesenteric artery angiography in one case detected in one case. Conclusion primary small checks mainly rely imaging studies, and barium meal is still the preferred method. CT, ultrasound, mesenteric angiography has a certain value, but not as a routine examination.
