口服枸橼酸铁铵前后上腹部MRCP初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨口服枸橼酸铁铵在磁共振胰胆管水成像(MRCP)检查中改善图像质量的效果。方法 46例患者口服枸橼酸铁铵前后分别行T1WI、T2WI及MRCP检查,扫描参数及角度与服药前保持一致。对各组图像质量依次分级,并进行比较分析。结果口服枸橼酸铁铵后胃肠道内液体高信号得到明显抑制(P<0.05),服药后图像质量明显改善。肝内胆管、胆总管及胆囊显示率无明显变化,胰管及胆囊管显示率有所提高。结论枸橼酸铁铵是一种安全有效的磁共振胃肠道造影剂,服用后可明显改善图像质量,提高诊断准确率。 Objective To explore to improve the image quality value after the oral ferric ammonium citrate in the MRCP examination. Methods 46 patients were examined by T1WI,T2WI and MRCP before and after oral ferric ammonium citrate . The parameters and angle of consistency are scanning before. Image quality of each group followed by classification, and statistical analysis. Results It has been significantly inhibited for the gastrointestinal tract after oral FAC liquid high signal. Wilconxon examination,u =7.91,P〈0.05,after taking the image quality significantly improved . Intrabepatic bile duct,common bile duct and gallbladder showed no significant changes in rates. Pancreatic duct and gallbladder duct showed that the rate has increased. Conclusion FAC is a safe and effective gastrointestinal contrast agent of magnetic resonance ,can significantly improve image quality and diagnostic accuracy.
