术前访视的效果分析

The effect of the preoperative visit analysis

目的分析术前访视的效果,为提高手术安全及护理质量提供参考依据。方法我院择期手术患者按入院顺序分为观察组106例和对照组107例,对照组进行术前常规准备,观察组在此基础上予以术前访视,比较2组患者心理应激反应变化及手术护理工作满意度情况。结果观察组患者术前焦虑评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);调查患者及医生对手术室护理工作满意度均明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论术前访视可以减轻手术患者的心理压力,提高护理工作质量,是保证医疗安全的关键环节和重要措施。

Objective To analyze the effect of preoperative visit, in order to improve the operation safety and provides some references for the quality of care. Methods Our elective surgery patients in hospital odd-even order divided into observation group and control group 106 eases and 107 cases,compared two groups of patients with psychological stress reaction changes and surgical nursing job satisfaction. Results The observation group of patients with preoperative anxiety score significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）;Investigation of the patient and the doctor in the operating room nursing job satisfaction were significantly better than the control group, comparing the two groups was statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）.Conclusion preoperative visits to reduce the patient＇s psychological pressure, improve the quality of nursing work, is an important measure to ensure medical safety key link.
