本文通过对海宁总部经济区块概念性设计的分析论述，在城市设计的层面指出，总部经济区等大型公共建筑群需要注重其整体形态对于城市环境所起的作用，进而探讨其中的设计策略与方法。

Through the analysis of Haining headquarters ec-onomic blocks’ conceptual design, this paper point out from the level of urban design that headquarters economic zones and other large public buildings need to pay at ention to its overal form’s effect to the urban environment. And then it discusses the design strategies and methods of it.
