摘要
本文通过笔者的编制经验和借鉴国内外先进控规编制方法，针对其部分内容进行了探讨，试图使控规的编制更具针对性和有效性。
This article through the author＆#39;s experience and draw lessons from domestic and foreign advanced control and planning establishment method to carry on the discussion of its content, in order to try to make the control rules more targeted and effective.
