摘要
经济的发展以及科技的进步使得建筑物不断朝着高层方向发展的同时地下商业建筑也得到了全面的发展。本文从地下商业建筑物设计的现状以及遇到的一些问题出发，分析其设计基本原则的基础上探讨有效的完善措施。
The development of economic and technology not only increase high-rise buildings, but also develop the unde-rground commercial buildings. This paper based on the present situation of the underground commercial buildings and some problems in the process, analyzes the basic principles of design, and discusses effective improving measures.
