摘要
随着“小康社会”战略构想的提出，我国农村建设也加快了步伐，农民的居住环境更是受到了社会各界的日益关注。本文结合北方地区的气候特点、资源状况以及地质条件，针对农村住宅建筑规划及节能提出相关建议。
Put ing forward along with the strategy of＆quot;wel-off society＆quot;idea, the rural construction in our country also speeds up the pace, and the farmers＆#39; living environment is increasi-ngly concerned by the society from al walks of life. In this paper, combining with the characteristics of the climate in no-rth China, resource conditions and geological conditions, com-ing up with some Suggestions on the characteristics of rural residential building and energy saving.
