在进行建筑结构抗震设计的过程中，需要根据建筑的功能来确定不同的性能目标，继而进行设计。这样才能够在提高建筑的抗震性能的基础上，保证建筑的功能及其正常使用。本文主要对基于性能的建筑结构抗震设计进行了分析与探讨。

In the process of seismic design of building struc-ture, it needs to determine the different performance objectives according to the function of the building, and then to carry on the design. Only in this way can guarantee the construction function and its normal use, on the basis of improving the sei-smic performance of buildings. This paper mainly analyses and discusses the performance-based seismic design of architectu-ral structure.
