Design Request for Multi-layer Brick Mixing Structure under the New Seismic Code

通过对新版《建筑抗震设计规范》（GB50011-2010）的学习和使用，从合理选择建筑物平、立面形状，合理布置纵墙和横墙，有效设置房屋圈梁和构造柱等方面论述了多层砖混结构房屋的抗震设计要点，并提出相关质量保证措施。

Through the study and use to the new《Building seismic design code》（GB50011-2010）,the author discuss the Seismic design points of Multi-layer brick structure building from reasonably selecting the building’s flat and vertical sha-pe, reasonably decorates vertical wal and cross wal , Effective sets housing ring beam and constructional column, also puts forward measures to guarantee it.
