房地产施工质量管理贯彻在项目实施的全周期阶段。本文主要讨论了如何做好房地产项目施工质量管理，探讨了图纸节点深化责任方和落实方式，分析了实测实量作为评价手段对施工质量的作用。
The quality management of real estate construction carries out in the ful cycle phase of project implementation. This article mainly discusses how to make good construction quality management of real estate project, studies the deepen-ing responsible party of sheet node and the implementation w-ay and analyses the ef ect of actual measurement as an eva-luation method to construction quality.
