本文从我国工民建施工中存在问题入手，详细分析了原因和提出了解决的办法，旨在为同行从业工作者提供一定的参考。
This article obtains from the problems of civil con-struction in our country, analyzes the reasons in detail and puts forward the solution which designed to provide certain refer-ence for counterparts from workers.
