对提高工程预算的编制质量的认识

施工图预算编制是决定工程造价的最后一个环节，编制预算系统性、完整性和准确性是业主和施工单位十分关注的问题。本文笔者对提高工程预算的编制质量提出自己的几点认识，并提出了提高工程预算编制准确性的策略，以实现建筑企业经济效益最大化。

Preparation of construction drawing budget is the last step contributes to the project cost, its systematicness, co-mpleteness and accuracy are the owners and the construction units concerned problem. In this paper the author to improve the quality of the preparation of project budget puts forward his own understanding, and proposes strategies to improve the accuracy of the preparation of project budget, in order to ach-ieve the maximization of economic benefit of construction ent-erprises.
