With the rapid economic development, housing co-nstruction has become an important part of the construction industry. The construction quality directly influences the using function and life of project. So, good quality supervision and management work is critical. This article mainly analyzes the present situation of construction quality supervision and mana-gement in housing construction, and puts forward some count-ermeasures.
