大都市近郊的乡村转型模式研究

乡村转型就是以乡村跨越式发展与城乡统筹为目标，以转变乡村传统空间为核心战略，带动农民、农业以及农村的其他方面的发展。本文对大都市近郊的乡村转型模式进行了分析、分类和研究，总结出两大类转型模式，予以说明。

Rural transformation is a leapfrog development ru-ral and urban and rural area as a whole as the goal, to shift rural traditional space as the core strategy, drive the other side of the peasants, agriculture and rural development. The paper analyze the metropolis suburb vil age transformation models, classification and research, and summed up the two kinds of transformation pat erns.
