摘要
在实际生产中,以机床出现的真实故障为例,分析机床主轴驱动系统的控制原理,分析故障流程图。结合机床的相关资料制定维修计划,确定排除故障的最佳方法,从而缩短维修时间提高维修效率。
The research takes numerical control machine fault in practical production as example, then analyzes the control principle of spindle drive system and fault flow chart. Maintenance plan based on the relevant data of machine tool is made, and the optimal solution is ascertained, thus to shorten the repair time and improve repair efficiency.
