摘要
在京津冀协同战略研究中,核心问题不是河北如何承接京津产业转移,而是京津技术如何向河北转移。通过分析京津冀协作典型案例,归纳了"北京技术,唐山转化"在京津冀协同发展中的作用和5种技术转移模式,并提出相关政策建议。
In the study of synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei the core issue is not of Hebei taking over industry from Beijing and Tianjin but of technology from Beijing and Tianjin transferring to Hebei. By the analysis of typical case in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation, the function and technology transfer modes of“beijing technology, tangshan transformation”in synergetic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are summarized and relative policy suggestions are proposed.
