人性化视角下的城市公交精细化研究

Refined Public Transport Development With Human Consideration

我国现阶段城市公交中存在着公交体系建设滞后于城市建设,建设重干线公交系统、轻"最后一公里",以及重公交投资建设、轻运营管理等问题。人性化交通丰富了城市公交精细化的内涵,同时在公交体系规划中引导新城的建设,以及在补充公交类型、改善公交设施环境和加强公交动态管理等方面引导了公交精细化的探索。研究通过总结系统建设型和补充完善型这两种公交精细化的主要建设模式,反观现阶段国内实践中的不足,最后提出了完善城市公交精细化的措施及建议,坚持从人的需求出发,经过不断的实践、反馈和调整,最终构建一个出行友好型的人性化都市。

Presently public transportation lags behind urban development. Major transit lines develop fast while “the last mile”problem exists. Public transportation management is yet to be improved. Humane transportation enriches the meaning of refined public transportation, guides its development in transit type expansion, facility improvement, and dynamic management. The paper concludes two major types of transportation refining： systematic and complementary development, and insufficiency of current practice. Final y the paper puts forwards improvement approaches through practice, feedback, and adjustment cycling.
