摘要
以分析纯SiO2、Al2O3、MgO、CaO、Fe2O3为原料,在不同烧成温度下制备了以普通辉石为主晶相的茶叶末结晶釉。采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜及色度仪分别研究了结晶釉的晶相组成、组织形貌和色度值。结果表明:随着烧成温度的升高,普通辉石和钙长石晶相的含量先增加后降低,同时结晶釉中晶体形态由规整的长柱状、片状、粒状逐步发育为中心有空洞的不规整的短柱状和板状,最后长成晶形不规则的晶体;随着烧成温度的升高,晶体总体尺寸先是缓慢增大后显著降小,并且样品颜色先由暗黄色转变为暗黄绿色后,最终转变为黄绿色。
Tea dust glazes with augite as the main crystalline phase were prepared, using AR SiO2, Al2O3, MgO, CaO, and Fe2O3 as raw materials, and ifred at different temperatures. The phase composition, microstructure and chroma of the crystalline glazes were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and colorimeter, respectively. The results showed that, with the ifring temperature increasing, the content of augite and anorthite in the glazes ifrstly increased and then decreased, the morphology gradually changed from regular long columnar, lfaky, and granular to irregular short columnar and tabular with holes in the center, and ifnally grew into irregular crystals, the overall size of the crystals ifrstly increased slowly and then decreased signiifcantly, and the color of the samples turned from dark yellow into dark yellow-green and light yellow-green .
