套筒式新型剪叉机构

Design of new-type telescopic scissors fork mechanism

摘要 针对剪叉机构在运动过程中平台受力点随时间变化等特点,提出了一种新型套筒式剪叉机构,以套筒式可伸缩杆为主要承力构件,采用分级顶推的方式上升。对2种机构进行了详细的运动学和力学分析,比较两者的主要性能差异,并通过实例与相关软件仿真验证了分析的正确性。给出了改进机构的优化条件,运用线性加权和法对改进机构做出了相应优化,利用有限元方法对其进行了模态分析,验证了机构的稳定性。 In view of the features such as the platform load-bearing points changing over time during the scissors fork mechanism in operation,a new-type telescopic scissors fork mechanism is put forward in the paper.The telescopic expan-sion link rises in a way of grading pushing as the main load-bearing component.Detailed kinematics and mechanical analysis is performed for both mechanisms,to compare major performance differences.The analysis is verified by examples and re-lated software simulation.Furthermore,the paper describes the optimal conditions of improved mechanism,to make corre-sponding optimization for it using the linear weighted sum method,with modal analysis performed using the finite element method,to prove the mechanism stable.
