韩祗和佚文佚书探讨

探讨宋代医家韩祗和今本《伤寒微旨论》之外的佚文。其内容散见于明代刘纯《伤寒治例》、朱橚《普济方》、王肯堂《伤寒证治准绳》、汪机《伤寒选录》、张卿子《张卿子伤寒论》、清代陆懋修《伤寒论阳明病释》、沈金鳌《伤寒论纲目》等医著中。经比较对照有些确属韩氏佚文,从内容看有些是对《伤寒论》原文的注释,故不能排除韩祗和或著有除《伤寒微旨论》之外医著的可能。沈金鳌《伤寒论纲目》所谓的韩氏注文,大多为张冠李戴需要正本清源。有些文字尚无出处需进一步考证。

To explore the lost articles of Doctor. Han Zhihe of the Song Dynasty in addition to the present Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Essentials. The contents are sporadically seen in medical books such as Cases of Treatment of Febrile Diseases written by Liu Chun of Ming Dynasty, Prescriptions for Universal Relief by Zhuli, Standards for Diagnosis and Treatment of Febrile Diseases by Wang Kentang, Excerption of Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases by Wang Ji, Zhang Qingzi Treatise on Febrile Diseases by Zhang Qingzi, Explanation of Yangming Diseases in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases by Lu Maoxiu of Qing Dynasty and Outline for Treatise on Febrile Diseases by Shen Jinao. After comparison, some actually belong to the lost articles of Dr. Han. As some contents are the annotation to the original text of Treatise on Febrile Diseases, so the possibility that Dr. compiled other medical books in addition to Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Essentials cannot be ruled out. The so-called Dr. Han annotations of Outline for Treatise on Febrile Diseases by Shen Jinao are mostly contents that were mixed up and need a thorough validation. Some words that are not provided with references need further verification.
