摘要
介绍了上海漕泾热电有限责任公司9FA+e燃气轮机干式低NOx排放燃烧系统DLN2.0+的部件故障情况,从燃料热值变化、机组运行工况、系统设计等方面分析了燃烧部件故障的原因,主要问题是天然气气源复杂、热值波动大引起燃烧脉动高,造成燃烧部件出现异常损坏。为解决此问题给机组安全运行带来的不利因素,提出将燃烧系统升级改造至DLN2.6+,使燃气轮机适应现有天然气热值的变化。
An introduction is being presented to the component fault occurring in DLN2.0+ dry low NOx emission combustion system of a 9FA+e gas turbine, together with an analysis performed to the fault causes, from the aspect of fuel gas calorific value, unit operation mode, system design and so on. The abnormal damage of combustion component is found to be caused by huge combustion pulsation resulted from great fluctuation of caloric values due to complicated natural gas sources. To solve this problem, it is proposed to upgrade the combustion system into DLN2.6+, so as to make the gas turbine adapt to caloric value variation of current natural gases.
