摘要
云计算服务目前缺乏有效的质量评估手段,致使当前在云计算相关业务服务过程中很难评估用户对服务质量的感知和体验。该文对云计算服务质量评估方法进行了研究,从核心服务和支持服务两个角度提出了云计算服务的七个重要特性,即核心评估要素并针对每个要素作了详细研究,该研究对业界开展云计算服务质量评估工作的方向有一定借鉴价值,后续将对该评估方法中所涉及的详细质量指标作进一步研究。
Currently,there's lacking effective quality assessment methods about cloud computing services, result in difficult to assess the quality of the service that users experience.This paper mainly studies the measurement method on quality of cloud computing services,and proposed seven key features both from the perspective of core services and support services,that is core elements of assessment.We made a detailed study of each element,the study will provide reference value for research on quality assessment methods in the industry.In the future,we will do some future study for quality indicators of the method in this paper.
