基于DSP的钻井黏滑振动控制系统的研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对在石油钻井过程中存在的黏滑振动现象,提出一种以TMS320F2812 DSP为控制核心的黏滑振动控制系统。系统通过CAN总线与变频器通信,通过调节变频器转速来抑制黏滑振动。在系统总体框架下,重点分析了DSP的软件和硬件设计方案。最终,对整个系统在井场进行了现场测试。结果表明,系统能够跟随转速和转矩的变化规律,快速地对变频器转速进行调节,对黏滑振动具有较好的抑制作用,同时系统具有良好的通用性能,只需要修改控制算法,就可使用于不同的钻井系统。 As stick-slip behavior existing widely in oil-well drill processes, a solution of drill-string torsional vibrations based on TMS320F2812 DSP is damps torsional vibrations ware and software designs by modulating presented.
