Case analysis of major shaft fracture for the circulating water pump in a certain power plant

某电厂超临界机组循环水泵大轴发生断裂,造成了重大设备事故。对循环水泵大轴断口进行了光谱、硬度和金相检测,依据检测结果,分析了循环水泵大轴发生断裂的原因,提出了预防措施。

A fracture accident occurred to major shaft of the circulating water pump for the super critical unit in a power plant.The fracture of major shaft for the circulating water pump was inspected,through spectral analysis and metallography were hardness test. According to the test results,the causes of c major shaft fracture of the circulating pump were analyzed,and relative precautionary measures were put forward.
