The working principle of positive pressure pneumatic ash removal system of Guangdong Yudean Yunhe Power Generation Company Limited was introduced,several problems,which often occurred during the pneumatic ash removal system commissioning period,were discussed,the reasons of ash deposition in ash hopper of electrostatic precipitator were analyzed,and relevant resolution was proposed,aiming at the valve type selection and the problems needing attention in circulating fluidized bed boiler commissioning,some suggestions were given.
