摘要 随着施工技术的发展,带有刚体旋转位移的动态施工技术不断进步,为施工过程模拟分析提出了新课题,要求施工模拟不仅能分析构件增加的简单施工过程,也能分析安装构件时结构产生大位移的"既生长又运动"的施工过程。以北京朝天轮为背景,针对特殊的施工方法—竖立旋转法,研究其施工过程模拟分析方法。基于非线性有限无理论,通过研究结构产生刚体大转角位移前后其位形与刚度矩阵的变化规律,推导出结构旋转后的位移向量、荷载向量和切线刚度矩阵的扩展与修正方法,为模拟有大转角位移的施工过程提供理论依据;以分步建模法为基础,通过对有限元程序ANSYS计算功能的扩展,提出一种在现有有限元软件基础上实现模拟带有刚体大转角位移的施工过程的便捷有效的施工模拟计算方法,即基于分步建模的坐标旋转法,并通过算例验证了该方法的合理性。 With the development of construction technology,construction methods with rigid body rotation is making progress continuously,bringing challenges to construction simulation technology not only in simulating the construction process with a lot of members,but also in simulating the construction process with increased and moved members.This paper is based on the vertical rotation construction method of Beijing Great Wheel. According to the nonlinear finite element method,the expansion and modification method of the displacement matrix,load matrix and tangent stiffness matrix after rigid body rotation are proposed,providing theoretical basis for new construction simulation method for construction process with rigid body rotation;Based on the mod-eling by step method,combined with the application of finite element software ANSYS,a new construction simulation method named as the coordinate rotation method based on modeling by step is proposed.The validity of this method is verified by examples.
