脱水剂在白炭黑生产中的应用研究

The Research on the Application of Dehydrating Agentin the Production of White Carbon Black

采用工业固体垃圾——煤矸石为生产原料制备白炭黑,通过将不同脱水剂加入白炭黑生产的不同阶段进行实验,以研究脱水剂对白炭黑脱水性能的影响。结果表明,脱水剂的使用具有较好的脱水效率,可以降低能耗,提高质量,将对工业生产带来可观的经济效益。

Amorphous white carbon black was prepared with industrial solid waste-coal gangue as raw material. The experiment was done by adding different dehydrating agent to different stages of production of white carbon black, to study the effect of dehydrating agent on dehydration performance of white carbon black. The results show that the use of dehydrating agent has better dehydration efficiency. what＇s more, it can reduce energy consumption, improve the quality, and bring considerable economic benefits for industrial production.
