摘要
叔丁基对苯二酚是一种应用广泛的食品添加剂,以对苯二酚和叔丁醇为原料,磷酸为催化剂,研究了影响TBHQ的合成条件,希望找到一个合成转化率高的最佳反应条件。实验表明在110℃、二甲苯溶剂中用70%的酸催化时反应效果最好,同时相应的稀释叔丁醇的浓度反应效果更佳。
2-Tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) is a kind of widely used food additives, used hydroquinone and tert-butyl alcohol as raw materials, phosphate as catalyst, studied the influences of the synthesis conditions of TBHQ, in order to find a optimum reaction conditions for synthesis of high condition rate. The results showed that when the mass fraction of 70 % H3PO4 was used as catalyst, dimethylbenzene served as solvent and the reaction temperature was kept at 110 ℃ has the best effect, at the same time dilution the concentration of the tert-butyl alcohol has the better effect.
